The Coaching Skills for Leaders course is for you, if you answered "yes" to any of those questions. Giving feedback alone is not enough to develop a high-performance team. Next, you must coach them to acquire the skills and apply them on the job. On this course, you will learn and practice six coaching methods to help you to do just that and become a better leader.

Coaching Skills for Leaders is a 3 month online program, where you will learn six proven coaching methods that you can use immediately to be a more impactful leader.

The program is organized in six modules, each dedicated to a specific coaching method. You will learn to coach your staff for learning from experience, accountability, achieving objectives, behavioral change, resilience and career development.

Each module has three elements: preparatory self-study (1 hour), online workshops (1.5 hours) and practice & application (2.5 hours). The recommended minimum study time commitment is 30 hours over three months. That is 5 hours per module to meet the course objectives. Watch the Study Commitments video below to learn more.

Between workshops 4 and 5 you will have a 1 hour one-to-one coaching session with Andrew.

The six workshops form the core of the program. The class will practice and reflect together with Andrew on each module's coaching method. The course is capped at 12 participants to ensure an intimate, interactive and experiential learning environment. Frequently Asked Questions

When does enrollment close?

Enrollment closes 1 week before the first workshop or when the limit of 12 participants is reached, whichever is sooner.

When does the course start and finish?

This run of the course starts on 30th September 2020 and ends on 9th December.

How long do I have access to the course content?

The course materials for the module become available one week before the respective workshop. You will have access to all the course materials for 3 months after the end of the course, until 31st March 2021.

How much time should I plan to spend on this course?

To achieve the course objectives, you should plan to spend minimum 5 hours per module (1 hour studying materials, 1.5 hours workshop participation and 2.5 hours of application practice) and 1 hour for your coaching session with Andrew. That is 31 hours in total over 3 months. Much of this is application practice time, which you should be able to do in your regular workplace conversations.

Are the workshops available on other dates and times?

The workshop times for this run are fixed. Please tell us your preferred dates and times by email and we will do our best to accommodate you when we plan the next workshops.

Your Coach, Andrew, is a practicing Executive Coach, Team Coach and Facilitator with 30 years of Global Leadership experience based in Asia. After a successful career in senior leadership he has been coaching and facilitating in private practice since 2012. He coaches a wide range of leaders and professionals around the world individually and in groups. Andrew is an adjunct professor at SP Jain School of Global Management, teaching Personal Effectiveness on the EMBA.
