How do I get my report?
After we receive your payment, we will order your personal Hogan link. This normally takes 1 - 2 working days.
Then we will send the link to the email address that you use when you sign up. It will come to you with guidance about how to use the link and respond to the assessment items.
You will have 28 days from receiving the link to complete your assessments before the link expires.
When we receive your Hogan pdf reports, we will send them to the email address that you use when you sign up, an option for password protection.
Can I buy a Leadership Forecast Assessment directly from Hogan?
There is no online option at www.hoganassessments.com to buy directly because the reports are designed to be interpreted by a Hogan certified practitioner. Andrew was certified by Hogan 12 years ago and is a very experienced Hogan coach.
I already have a Hogan report. Can I get the content and coaching without buying another report?
Yes. Please go to the purchase option: "Choose this option, if you already have your Hogan Leadership Forecast report.
How long do we meet for?
Coaching is normally delivered in 60-minute zoom consultations.
Where do we meet?
Virtual is the default mode of work for this coaching package - usually over zoom. However, we can arrange to meet face-to-face by mutual agreement.
How frequent are the consultations?
The frequency of consultations depends on the evolution of your objectives and the progress you make. The time between consultations will depend on your completion of practical work, and mutually agreed scheduling. Usually, they are more frequent early in the engagement for debriefing and understanding your results, and may become less frequent later on while you are implementing your action plan.
How do I schedule my appointment?
Upon purchasing coaching, you'll receive further instructions on how to access Andrew's schedule and book a time for your first appointment.
When do my coaching hours expire?
You will have 12 months to consume the consultations. You will have access to our online learning platform for 12 months to access the videos and other material.
What is the coaching process?
The coaching process is different for every client. Andrew designs the process with you based on your objective and how you respond to coaching.
