Introduction to Andrew Jones, Executive Coach


Andrew Jones has been coaching leaders and professionals from MBA to C-level in Asia-Pacific, Europe, Middle East and Africa for 11 years. Andrew's method is dynamic and depends on the agreed objectives, and the client’s response to coaching. It can range from classical, psychodynamic coaching through mentoring to tailored, one-to-one leadership development. He works with diverse Global and Asian clients who find him easy to confide in and resourceful in guiding them along their journey.

How long do we meet for?

The process is delivered in 60-minute or 30-minute zoom consultations. Usually, they are 60 minutes earlier in the engagement, and may become shorter later.

Where do we meet?

Virtual is the default mode of work for this coaching package - usually over zoom. However, we can arrange to meet face-to-face by mutual agreement.

How frequent are the consultations?

The frequency of consultations depends on the evolution of your objectives and the progress you make. The time between consultations will depend on your completion of practical work, and mutually agreed scheduling. Usually, they are more frequent early in the engagement, and may become less frequent later on.

How do I schedule my appointment?

Upon purchasing coaching, you'll receive further instructions on how to access Andrew's schedule and book a time for your first appointment.

When do my coaching hours expire?

There is no time limit to consume the consultations. You will have access to our coaching platform until you have used all your hours.

What is the coaching process?

The coaching process is different for every client. Andrew designs the process with you based on your objective and how you respond to coaching.
