This coaching is for you, if you already have a 360° assessment report in hand, or you are going to acquire one, and you need a coach to help you make sense of it and convert it into an action plan.
The 360° approach for obtaining feedback is a widely accepted method for systematically collecting opinions about an individual’s performance from peers, direct reports, the supervisor, the supervisor's peers, other colleagues and, potentially, people outside the organization.
It is a very effective way to build your awareness of how you and your work are perceived by your colleagues.
Some 360° tools map your results against norm group data, which will give you a sense of how you compare to the norm group (which may be cut by industry, location, seniority or other definitions.)
A good 360° process enables you to see a more complete picture of yourself, and organizations to leverage the resulting data to create a common leadership language and consistent feedback process at multiple levels through the company.
Whether you organize it for yourself or through your employer, we strongly recommend that you include raters whose opinions are critical for your future success, and who have had the opportunity to see your work and results first-hand.
We are agnostic about the tool you choose and will adjust the debriefing to the parameters of the tool you used. We are experienced in debriefing many different 360° models.

Where do we meet?
Virtual is the default mode of work - usually over zoom. However, we can arrange to meet face-to-face by mutual agreement.
