Introduction to Andrew Jones, Executive Coach
Andrew Jones has been coaching leaders and professionals from MBA to C-level in Asia-Pacific, Europe, Middle East and Africa for 12 years. What happens in the Mock Interview with Andrew?
After the you have completed your purchase you will get access to our Interview Preparation course materials.
Before the Mock Interview, we recommend that you work through the online course at least once to get the basics right before your mock interview with Andrew.
When you are ready for your Mock Interview we will invite you to upload documents that can help us to prepare such as:
- Job description or Job Ad for the job in question
- The CV/Resume you submitted as part of the application process
Then you can book your slot on Andrew's schedule that works for you.
The mock interview consists of a 90-minute zoom coaching session with Andrew, where there will be time for at least two rounds of mock interview and debriefing to refine the content and style of your interview presentation. The format is flexible to your needs and typically looks like this:
- 5 minute check in to clarify purpose of the interview and details about the job in question
- ~20 minute interview recorded on video
- use the video to debrief & redraft
- ~20 minute interview recorded on video
- use the video to debrief & redraft
- Action plan and final feedback
Andrew will put you through your paces, testing:
- The standard capability, fit & motivation questions
- The key behavioral questions for the job you are targeting
- And how to deal with the unexpected

How long do we meet for?
The mock interview process is delivered in a 90-minute zoom consultation.
Where do we meet?
Virtual is the default mode of work - usually over zoom. However, we can arrange to meet face-to-face by mutual agreement.

When does my Mock Interview expire?
